PODS: Because They're Fair To All Concerned

Just as the Four Way Test governs how we conduct ourselves in our lives generally, it makes sense to apply it to how we operate our club too.  In 2018, the decision was made to reinstitute the PODS system for running our meetings for two reasons:
  1. to encourage team members to be engaged in the club;
  2. to spread the workload associated with club meetings more fairly.
We're continuing with this system for the 2019-2020 Rotary year.  POD A is running the meetings until the end of September, at which point POD B will take over.  The PODS assignments are shown in the column to the right of this article, along with a handy link which will help you figure out what POD you belong to if you can't recall.

In order to be "fair to all concerned", it's vital that you take responsibility for your participation by supporting your POD for their rotation in the duty roster, and by supporting your club as much as you can year-round.  Your efforts are valued and make a big difference to what the club can accomplish.
